In my experience, buying and selling real estate is a complex process that involves the “numbers" of the market in addition to the “feeling" people experience in a home.  I have a B.S. in Biopsychology and a M.S. in Neuroscience which means that I approach and explain the market in analytical terms but also embrace the subjective components of the process.  

As a native to the westside of LA, I understand the diversity of neighborhoods in this expansive city and how even one block can make a big difference.  I take the time to familiarize myself with the current housing inventory and the factors affecting the market in each area.  When establishing price for a sale or helping buyers pinpoint their target neighborhoods, I rely on my extensive knowledge of the local market and the many tools in the Coldwell Banker network worldwide.  

Buying and selling a home is a stressful process and I strive to absorb as much of the stress as possible by going the extra mile for my clients.  I am a full-service agent and I take pride in transparency.  I explain each contract, disclosure, etc in gory detail so that my clients feel comfortable with what they are signing, and am in constant communication to ensure all runs smoothly and everyone feels comfortable with the process.  

My job is to guide you through the adventure of buying or selling real estate and I always keep your best interests at heart.  I wear many hats throughout the adventure but my past clients can vouch that I wear them all with a smile, because I love what I do and I take great pride in giving my clients a great experience!

"Erin exceeded our expectations as an agent for selling our house in Culver City. Erin lives in the neighborhood where we have a rental house that we've wanted to sell for the past six years. While walking past the house one day and chatting with the tenants, she heard of our desire to sell and Erin sent us a letter of introduction. With information she provided on the current housing market, we decided this was a good time to put the house up for sale.

Since we live in Northern California, the sale had to be handled entirely via phone, text, email and mail. Erin showed us how to electronically sign documents and responded quickly to our queries. Within a few days, she had the house listed and held an open house. Multiple offers arrived and we sorted through the pros and cons of each.
