Your Partner in Real Estate
In my experience, buying and selling real estate is a complex process that involves the “numbers" of the market in addition to the “feeling" people experience in a home. I have a B.S. in Biopsychology and a M.S. in Neuroscience which means that I approach and explain the market in analytical terms but also embrace the subjective components of the process.
As a native to the westside of LA, I understand the diversity of neighborhoods in this expansive city and how even one block can make a big difference. I take the time to familiarize myself with the current housing inventory and the factors affecting the market in each area. When establishing price for a sale or helping buyers pinpoint their target neighborhoods, I rely on my extensive knowledge of the local market and the many tools in the Coldwell Banker network worldwide.
Buying and selling a home is a stressful process and I strive to absorb as much of the stress as possible by going the extra mile for my clients. I am a full-service agent and I take pride in transparency. I explain each contract, disclosure, etc in gory detail so that my clients feel comfortable with what they are signing, and am in constant communication to ensure all runs smoothly and everyone feels comfortable with the process.
My job is to guide you through the adventure of buying or selling real estate and I always keep your best interests at heart. I wear many hats throughout the adventure but my past clients can vouch that I wear them all with a smile, because I love what I do and I take great pride in giving my clients a great experience!
I enjoy being a resource for my community so reach out if you have questions about the market or want to chat about the process!
A few testimonials:
"My husband were looking for a single family home in a very charming and sought after neighborhood in the West LA area. We were first time home buyers in an incredibly competitive market and had been in search for a home for over a year. We started our home search with a different realtor, and although we don't have anything negative to say about him, both my husband and I felt like we wanted to work with someone who was more knowledgeable about the West LA area. Just so happened that we had just welcomed our first baby and I had recently joined a moms club and met Erin at one of the events. We just got talking about the real estate market, specifically the neighborhood we were interested in. I was so impressed with her knowledge and expertise of the area and more importantly, I felt completely comfortable and at ease with her. Couple weeks later, Erin was our realtor and our journey began to find us our perfect home! And a journey that was! Erin was there for us every step of the way! Trust me, my husband and I would vacillate between a fixer or a turn key and she never once flinched. Rather, she gave us such great insight with each twist and turn and helped us understand that what we were looking for was a fixer- a place where we could actually turn to truly be our "own" with our own personal touches and finishes. Finally when we found a place we really liked in a highly desirable neighborhood and we were ready to make an offer, she was there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! She took us through the whole entire paperwork process for the offer and she answered every little question we had with humility and ease . She was always so enthusiastic and was happy to share and answer all our menial and petty questions. The waiting was definitely anxiety provoking (we really liked the place and wanted the property) and she was always calling us to update us on where the owners were at with the process, which definitely quelled our anxiety. When the owners accepted our offer and when we opened escrow, again, Erin was there every step of the way with all our questions with her smile, patience, and enthusiasm. We finally closed a month later with zero hiccups and we are now proud homeowners waiting for our own place to be remodeled to our liking! The process of purchasing a home can be a stressful and intimidating process, but Erin honestly helped ease that with her knowledge, professionalism, and support. Truly and honestly, I have nothing but positive and commendable things to say about Erin!"
"Erin exceeded our expectations as an agent for selling our house in Culver City. Erin lives in the neighborhood where we have a rental house that we've wanted to sell for the past six years. While walking past the house one day and chatting with the tenants, she heard of our desire to sell and Erin sent us a letter of introduction. With information she provided on the current housing market, we decided this was a good time to put the house up for sale.
Since we live in Northern California, the sale had to be handled entirely via phone, text, email and mail. Erin showed us how to electronically sign documents and responded quickly to our queries. Within a few days, she had the house listed and held an open house. Multiple offers arrived and we sorted through the pros and cons of each. The sale had some complexities that Erin gracefully handled. This included having to work out a suitable agreement for early termination of the lease with the tenants. When the first buyers backed out of the sale, Erin quickly held another open house that again resulted in multiple offers. We hit a few bumps along the way, yet all in all, the sale went smoothly thanks to Erin. She kept the buyer and her agent on track for a timely closing. We were delighted with the end result.
The service she provided was truly outstanding! By the way, during all this, she had a baby! She even apologized to us for a short delay in responding to an email because she was in labor the night before.
Kudos to Erin for your attention to detail and passion for striving to be a terrific agent."
